Uninsured or Under Insured?
The HDI Family Health Center (formerly the Mobile Medical Unit) is an option for you and your family.
Medicaid and Medicare accepted, as well as most other insurances! We also see patients with no insurance. Payment is based on income level
New hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Tues 10:30 am to 7:00 pm.

Foundations for Success - Child Care Expulsion Prevention
Is your child at risk of being kicked out of child care due to behavior concerns? Foundations for Success is a FREE program designed to help young children birth to five years old (prior to kindergarten entry) succeed in their child care setting.
Foundations for Success can provide special supports and interventions that can assist the child, the family and the provider working together for a positive change.
